+      <para>After we've read a comment, we may mark it as
+	<quote>reviewed</quote>; when we do this, you'll see a note
+	next to a comment's title.  Due to the huge volume of
+	comments, we may not have time to mark all of them as
+	reviewed.</para>

+      <para>When we <emphasis>do</emphasis> mark a comment as
+	reviewed, it indicates that we've read and acted upon the
+	comment, but that we haven't published an update yet.  When a
